We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their enquiries using our Helpdesk system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Duties:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Ensure the database is kept up to date at all times
- Assist customers with account inquiries, invoice queries
- Process customer orders and cancellations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively liaise with and support the Sales Director
- Effectively liaise with and support the Credit Controller
- Liaise with Service Partners
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
