Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, translating product strategy into successful delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people whilst remaining hands-on in product discovery, roadmap planning and cross-functional delivery.
You'll play a key role in shaping a high-performing product function, ensuring customer needs, commercial priorities and technology delivery remain aligned.
What You'll Be Doing
As Product Lead, you will:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Translate product strategy into clear, prioritised product roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Drive product discovery, customer research and validation activities.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Experience, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver successful products.
- Own product prioritisation, balancing customer value, business objectives and technical delivery.
- Use customer insight, analytics and commercial data to inform product decisions.
- Build a product culture focused on outcomes rather than outputs.
- Ensure products are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Communicate product direction, priorities and progress confidently with stakeholders across the business.
- Continuously improve product processes, ways of working and team capability.
Essential Experience (Please Only Apply If You Can Demonstrate the Following)

- Experience owning products throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Strong experience creating and managing product roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
- A proven track record of leading product discovery, customer research and validation activities.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments alongside Engineering teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience using customer insight, analytics and data to make product decisions.

- SaaS or software products.
- Complex B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Regulated industries.
- Product analytics and experimentation.
- AI, automation or emerging digital technologies.
- Improving product governance, frameworks and ways of working.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident and inspiring people leader.
- Passionate about developing high-performing teams.
- Customer-focused and naturally curious.
- Commercially minded with excellent decision-making skills.
- Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Outcome-focused, measuring success by value delivered rather than activity completed.
- Passionate about building products that solve real customer problems.
Why Join Us?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that's investing in its technology, products and people.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of the product function, influence strategic decisions and lead a talented product team while delivering products that create real value for customers.
If you're an experienced Product Leader looking for a role where you can combine leadership, strategy and hands-on product management, we'd love to hear from you.
