Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Prepare a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards

- Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house team to deliver seamless service to guests
- Assist in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
- Train new staff members in food preparation, safety procedures, and customer service standards
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen setting
- Strong background in food production, culinary arts, and restaurant experience
