Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Roofer / Multi Trader to join our growing team at Goldin Construction,
We undertake a wide range of commercial building projects across Southeast, Hampshire, Berkshire, Kent, Surrey and the surrounding areas. ( Outside of M25) Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled roofer with Multi trade skills, with a proven track record across all aspects of roofing to join our team,
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently as well as part of a team, and is committed to delivering high-quality results on every project.
You'll be working with a labourer/improver depending on the job or if you currently work with a good labourer, we can potentially look at bringing them onboard as well
Duties
- General roofing repairs
- Replacement of roof tiles, felt roofing, and wooden battens
- Chimney repairs and replacements
- Installation and repair of flat roofs, including felt and asphalt systems
- Lead work including flashings, soakers, and valley gutters
- Repair and installation of ridge tiles, verge tiles, and hip tiles
- Guttering and downpipe repairs and replacements
- Fascia, soffit, and barge board installation and maintenance
- Roof insulation works to joists and rafters
- Installation and repair of roof vents, eaves ventilation, and ducting
- Repairs to rooflights and skylights
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
- Supporting planned maintenance programmes, reactive call outs as well as quoted works
Job Type
- Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
- Day shift
- Full-time. Self-employed or PAYE accepted
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card
- IPAF
- PASMA
Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
