Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate interest in our products or services
- Encouraged product trials by offering free samples and explaining key features and benefits.
- Distribute promotional materials and samples effectively to maximise outreach
- Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement
- Conduct samplings at various venues
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand’s values, products, and campaigns to communicate confidently
- Assist in setting up and packing down event displays and promotional stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all activities
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for representing brands positively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to attend events during evenings and weekends as required
- Bartending experience (Not necessary, but preferred)
