Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused FOH Staff/Baristas to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coffee and food service, along with excellent organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including speciality coffees and teas, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Experience
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills is vital for creating a welcoming environment for customers.
This is a part-time role, to cover the summer period, up until September 2026, with the opportunity to become a permanent position after this time. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Pay: From £8.00 per hour
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
