We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse, to join our Bank at Swimbridge House Nursing Home.
As a Registered Nurse you have responsibility for leading your shift and managing a team of carers to ensure we deliver excellent standards of care; promoting independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lifes of individuals in our care, is essential.
We are particularly looking for a Bank Nurse for casual shifts, if and when needed.
While managing a team of carers and leading shifts, you will be doing the following:
- Medication administration
- Assessing residents care needs
- Completing and evaluating care plans
- Communicating with residents’ family and health professionals
- Ensure the smooth running of the care home
- Adhering to the NMC code of practice at all times
Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse and must hold a valid NMC Pin number.
- At least one year of care home experience.
