Our Leicester Office is seeking a professional, organised and proactive Sales Negotiator to join our busy and growing estate agency team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, customer service driven and able to support the sales team in delivering a smooth and efficient property sales process.

Main Responsibilities Include:
- Providing full administrative support to the sales team
- Preparing property details, sales brochures and marketing materials
- Managing enquiries via phone, email and in-person, ensuring prompt follow-up
- Updating and maintaining property listings on internal systems and online portals
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage brokers to progress sales through to completion
- Booking and coordinating property viewings and valuations
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience in property sales or administration (estate agency experience desirable)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in dealing with clients and third parties professionally
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday (10:00am – 1:00pm)
