About the Role
Little Blackpool Leisure Company is looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Manager to support kitchen operations across our venues.
This role may be based at one primary venue but will include supporting all LBL venues when required. We are looking for someone organised, standards driven and confident leading a kitchen team in a busy hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations, including prep and service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Support and motivate the kitchen team.
- Ensure food safety, allergen, hygiene and health & safety procedures are followed.
- Complete kitchen checks, records and due diligence paperwork through our online application accurately.
- Manage stock rotation, ordering, wastage and portion control.
- Support rota planning and kitchen cover across busy periods.
- Work closely with venue managers, operations and front of house teams.
- Support menu changes, events and operational needs across LBL venues.
- Maintain reliable attendance, strong communication and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or senior kitchen lead.
- Strong food safety and kitchen compliance knowledge.
- Confident leadership and communication skills.
- Good organisation and ability to work under pressure.
- Reliable, flexible and able to support across venues when needed.
- A positive, hands on approach.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
