Housekeeping Supervisor (Part-Time)

Godfrey Group Facilities Ltd is a national housekeeping and facilities company, with head office based in Ruthin, North Wales. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our housekeeping team at our newly appointed park in Bassenthwaite.
This role will involve supporting the Regional Manager and supervising the housekeeping team. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the park, checking accommodation, supporting cleaners, completing admin work and cleaning lodges on quieter days.
Please note: Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.
The Role
Your primary function will be to supervise the Housekeeping Team in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the holiday park. You will supervise the team, running changeover days, allocating cleans, carry out standard checks, clean lodges, and completing admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising a housekeeping team cleaning holiday lodges, glamping pods and cottages.
- Running the changeover day to ensure all lodges are cleaned for guests.
- Allocating cleans to the team.
- Preparing and organising cleaning products and supplies for the team.
- Supporting cleaners with day-to-day requirements
- Motivating the housekeeping team to ensure all lodges are ready for 4pm check-in
- Carrying out accommodation checks to ensure agreed standards are met
- Correct use of the reporting system
- Regularly checking property inventories and reporting missing or required items to the on-site team.
- Cleaning lodges to the highest standard when required
Working Hours
- Mondays and Fridays are essential. 9am-5pm.
- Occasional additional days depending on business needs, including weekends may be required
