TWA Chartered Financial Planners is a relationship-led financial planning practice supporting high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Client Liaison Manager to join our team.
This is a client-facing role at the heart of our business. You’ll help coordinate the client journey from initial enquiry through to ongoing reviews, making sure clients are kept informed, actions are followed up and everything continues to move smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with our Financial Planners, Client Managers and other colleagues, bringing together different areas of the business to provide a seamless and consistently high level of service to our clients.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and building relationships. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you’ll need to be comfortable asking questions, taking ownership and working closely with experienced colleagues across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing clear, proactive communication and keeping them informed of progress and next steps.
· Taking ownership of the coordination and communication around the client journey.
· Coordinating new client enquiries, meetings, onboarding and ongoing client reviews.
· Tracking client cases, actions and deadlines, following up to ensure agreed tasks are completed.
· Working closely with Financial Planners and Client Managers to keep work moving smoothly between teams.
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information and activity within our CRM system.
· Identifying delays, issues or changing priorities early and involving the right person where needed.
· Supporting clients through sensitive circumstances with empathy, discretion and professionalism.
· Identifying practical ways to improve our processes and overall client experience.
This is not a Financial Planner or technical financial planning role. Your focus will be on the client relationship, communication and coordination that brings the whole journey together.
You’ll be well suited to this role if you:
· Have experience in client service, relationship management, case management, service delivery or a similar coordination role.
· Are an excellent written and verbal communicator who can build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
· Are highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
· Are proactive and see tasks through to completion.
· Are confident asking questions, using good judgement and escalating issues appropriately.
· Are comfortable handling sensitive situations or difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
· Are confident using CRM systems, workflow tools or client databases.
· Have a practical approach to improving processes and work with discretion, confidentiality and integrity.
It would be great if you also have:
· Experience within financial planning, wealth management, private banking, legal services, accountancy or another professional services environment.
· Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, families or business owners.
· Familiarity with client onboarding, annual reviews or similar client-service processes.
· Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
· Experience supporting clients through sensitive circumstances, service issues or complaints.
· Involvement in improving processes, reporting or team workflows.
· A financial services qualification, or an interest in working towards one.
These are desirable rather than essential – we’re just as interested in finding someone with the right skills, attitude and approach.
What we’ll provide in return:
· 25 days’ holiday, increasing with service, plus Bank Holidays
· Christmas shutdown
· Your birthday off
· Private Health Insurance*
· Income Protection and Death in Service*
· Company pension
· Employee wellbeing support
· Company social events
· A supportive and collaborative working environment
*Subject to eligibility/service requirements.
If you’re a calm, organised and proactive person who enjoys working with people, building relationships and making sure things get done, we’d love to hear from you!
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
