Worton Kitchen Garden is a Farm to Table restaurant, shop and farm 4 miles from Oxford City Centre. We are looking for hard working, enthusiastic and, possibly, experienced waitstaff. Restaurant has 60 covers, friendly team, interesting customers, delicious home-cooked food.
Position
Full or part time waitstaff.
Shifts available from 9-5 Weds to Sunday and from 5-11 Friday and Saturday.
You
Enthusiastic, hard-working team player. Good verbal skills, able to explain our food, drink and ethos to customers. Own transport to OX29 4SU

Remuneration
- Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
- It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £6,000 in addition to their annual salary.

- 100% tips shared equally between operational team.
