Supporting Young Adults with Learning Disabilities (18+)

We are seeking Support Workers to join our friendly team, supporting young adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities at our Day Service and within the local community.
The Role
You will support individuals to:
- Take part in meaningful activities and develop new skills.
- Access community groups, leisure activities, and social opportunities.
- Build confidence, independence, and self-esteem.
- Achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
- Make choices and lead fulfilling lives.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
