Role: Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship
Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:30AM-5PM
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £17-18,000 per annum
Location: CM22

Responsibilities
- Source and recruit blue-collar construction workers, including Labourers, Groundworkers, Traffic Marshals, Gatemen, Skilled Trades, Plant Operatives, and Site Supervisors.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct telephone interviews and candidate registrations.
- Verify Right to Work documents, CSCS/CPCS/NPORS cards, qualifications, and references.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available workers.
- Match suitable candidates to client requirements and support consultants with filling vacancies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular communication.
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
· To not already hold a Recruitment qualification at level 3 or above.
· To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths.
· To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
