We are looking for an experienced Cafe Assistant Manager to lead a team of 11 staff. Must have good leadership skills and up to date knowledge on food safety and allergen awareness. Must be able to work weekends and be fully flexible. This is a hands on role and you will be leading a team of experienced staff from the front. You will ideally have a level 3 Food Safety certification and will have sound menu planning and culinary knowledge. You must be comfortable in creating weekly P&L reports and will be responsible for creating the rota for the team.
