Role: Sales Assistant
Brand & Location: Calzedonia – Westfield White City, Ariel Way, London W12 7GF
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Reports to: Store Manager, Supervisor, Key Holder and District Manager
The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and support the day-to-day running of the store. You'll create a welcoming shopping experience while contributing to a positive team environment in a fast-paced retail setting.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive sales through product recommendations and promotions.
- Support customers with fittings and product advice.
- Process transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock organisation and store cleanliness.
- Support daily store operations while following company policies, Health & Safety and security procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for fashion and the Calzedonia brands.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused.
- Professional, reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
