Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role, with profit and staff responsibility

A strong track record of delivering sales performance and commercial results.

Experience recruiting, coaching and developing customer-facing teams.

A genuine passion for travel with considerable first-hand experience and knowledge of destinations that Kuoni sells
-
Knowledge and experience dealing with third party suppliers
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to motivate, influence and bring out the best in others.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A positive, resilient and proactive approach.

Experience of working retail hours, including weekends. Our Cheltenham store is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 9:30am - 6pm.
Desirable:
- Good all round understanding of the sales and commercial aspects of tour operating, including scheduled flying

Excellent working knowledge of at least one travel agent or tour operators reservations system
