We're now looking for an inspiring Retail Store Manager to lead one of our stores through an exciting new phase. What You'll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store's performance, leading your team to achieve ambitious sales targets while delivering the exceptional service Kuoni is renowned for. You'll create an engaging and inspiring environment for both customers and colleagues, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, recruiting and developing a brand-new high-performing team.
Creating a positive, customer-focused culture where colleagues can thrive.
Driving store sales, profitability and key performance indicators.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences and service excellence.
Coaching and developing team members to maximise performance and potential.
Managing customer feedback, complaints and escalations with professionalism and care.
Bringing the Kuoni brand to life through outstanding visual merchandising and in-store experiences.
Building relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
Ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the store.

What We're Looking For

Our Kuoni Store Managers are hands on and support our Personal Travel Experts every step of the way. We're looking for a passionate leader who can inspire others, drive results and create an exceptional workplace culture.

You'll ideally have:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role, with profit and staff responsibility
A strong track record of delivering sales performance and commercial results.
Experience recruiting, coaching and developing customer-facing teams.
A genuine passion for travel with considerable first-hand experience and knowledge of destinations that Kuoni sells
Knowledge and experience dealing with third party suppliers
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to motivate, influence and bring out the best in others.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, resilient and proactive approach.
Experience of working retail hours, including weekends. Our Cheltenham store is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday 9:30am - 6pm.

Desirable:

Good all round understanding of the sales and commercial aspects of tour operating, including scheduled flying
Excellent working knowledge of at least one travel agent or tour operators reservations system
