As a Bespoke Cabinet Maker/Bench Joiner, you will be integral to crafting high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery solutions. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your core skills in hand tools, carpentry, and joinery will be essential in executing precise designs.
THE ROLE: Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker
We are looking for a Bench Joiner with exceptional craftsmanship and skill to fulfil bespoke woodworking projects.
This position requires extensive experience in cabinetmaking and advanced joinery techniques. Responsibilities include managing complex projects, ensuring quality control, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with designers and clients to achieve tailored results. Ad Hoc Duties:
- General organisation of work area.
- Working with the Design/Drafting team on practicalities of new concepts/bespoke pieces.
- Possible on-site fitting/snagging occasional work.
Salary Terms:
- Salary will be based on experience, and applicable role filled.
Definite Requirements:
- Workshop experience on bench joinery and/or cabinet making.
Desirable Qualities/Skills:
- Clean driving licence.
- Forklift safety/handling accreditation.
- CAD / CnC experience.
- Polishing/painting/spraying experience.
