We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Answer phones with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Input data accurately into systems like QuickBooks and other databases, ensuring information integrity
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Support team members with administrative projects to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with familiarity in handling administrative duties effectively
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Prior clerical or administrative experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Competent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
