The Filling Station at Winchester Auto Barn, halfway between Stockbridge and Sutton Scotney, is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join their kitchen team. As a breakfast chef you would be responsible for preparing and delivering a breakfast service and providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy restaurant. Oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries.
- Cooking and managing breakfast service.
- Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast.
- Prepare for breakfast the next day.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
- Ensure any issues are communicated promptly to the Head Chef.
- Monitor and Ensuring that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
- To be fully aware of Fire Safety Procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
- To attend any training and meetings, as and when required.
Salary is dependent on age and experience.
