Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and consistency in every dish served
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the establishment
- Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
- Train staff on service protocols, food presentation, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to foster positive relationships and repeat business
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with team management responsibilities
- Strong background in restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production processes
- Familiarity with barista experience or bar operations is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance in culinary environments
- Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, service team, and guests
