Color & Co Ltd. produces exclusive, high-quality roller blinds using bamboo, jute and paper materials. We are a London-based subsidiary of a Danish-owned company with a strong focus on sustainability, natural materials and Scandinavian craftsmanship.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production & Workshop Assistant to join our team in London on a full-time basis (minimum 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Our production workshop and showroom are in NW10, next to Willesden Junction station.
The starting salary is from £13 per hour, and we are hiring as soon as possible.
About the Role
This is a practical, hands-on role focussed on workshop, production and warehouse tasks rather than design-based work. You will be responsible for helping the production team with customer orders and keeping the workshop and warehouse organised. You will work closely with the production team across a wide variety of tasks involved in assembling, preparing and dispatching our roller blinds and samples.
Previous production, workshop or sewing experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cutting bamboo and material samples
- Organising and restocking roller blind supplies
- Conducting quality checks on finished roller blinds
- Packing and dispatching customer orders
- Picking materials and stock for production team
- Assembling roller blinds using hand tools
- Assisting with light sewing and finishing work
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
- Supporting the team wherever needed in day-to-day tasks
About You
You are practical, hardworking and enjoy hands-on work and are not afraid to help where needed. You are reliable, organised and take pride in doing tasks properly and efficiently. You are comfortable working in a busy environment and are happy using tools, handling materials and working on your tasks autonomously while helping the production and office departments.

Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to 15kg
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
While we are a design-led brand, this position is centred around hands-on production, workshop and warehouse support.
