We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and barbering, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service. This role involves not only providing high-quality hair services but also contributing to the overall management of the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet clients’ needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hairstyles and treatments.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and customer service best practices.
- Offer specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the salon to ensure a pleasant environment for both staff and clients.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in store management is advantageous.
- Proficient in barbering techniques and hair styling methods.
- Ability to mentor others, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of eyelash extension application and makeup techniques is desirable.

- 2+ years of professional salon experience (luxury or high-end preferred)
- High earning potential through an attractive commission-only structure.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,397.00 per year
