Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Assist with food and beverage preparation, ensuring dishes are presented beautifully and accurately
- Serve meals, drinks, and snacks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Support kitchen staff with meal prep tasks and food safety practices to ensure quality and hygiene
- Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and clear communication
- Deliver food orders promptly to tables or designated areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, service stations, and workspaces to uphold health regulations and safety standards
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food preparation is highly desirable
- Experience as a delivery driver or in a role involving meal delivery enhances your ability to manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary techniques, or hotel guest services is a plus
- Strong communication skills for engaging with guests, team members, and vendors effectively
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling of food items
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service skills
- Experience with barista duties or beverage service can be an added advantage
