Are you a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) looking for a varied field-based role with excellent career development opportunities?
At Vibrant Energy Matters, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your DEA expertise with a variety of property assessment services, with full training provided where required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) on residential properties.
- Completing inventory inspections and property assessments (full training provided).
- Undertaking property audits, viewings, check-ins, check-outs and Legionella Risk Assessments.
- Completing independent energy audits.
- Producing accurate, high-quality reports using iPad-based software.
- Submitting reports on a right-first-time basis, meeting client Service Level Agreements.
- Delivering excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
- Attending training and embracing new products and services as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
- Essential: Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
- Previous experience producing EPCs.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Well organised with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Professional, trustworthy and respectful when working in customers' homes.
- Commitment to continuous personal development.
