Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organised, hardworking Office Administrator to join our Support Team, in Borehamwood. This is a wide- ranging business support role, involving an array of diverse duties in relations to the company’s operations. In return the successful candidate will be provided with a positive dynamic working environment and on the job training.
Responsibilities
- Being the link between the Outsourced Payroll provider and the internal team. This will include gathering all payroll related data from various sources, consolidating the data ensuring accuracy and forwarding to the Outsourced Team for processing, dealing with payroll related queries and working closely with the senior team to solve the queries effectively in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the day-to-day tasks and overall management of the Company’s employee management system.
- First point of contact for employees’ queries and redirecting them accordingly.
- Working closely with the Outsourced Accounts team to resolve queries in a timely manner effectively and efficiently.
- Managing the fuel cards database.
- Managing the bikes database that includes bikes maintenance, booking and updating MOTs and managing CLC register.
- Liaising with external clients, including HMRC and various suppliers.
- Sending comms to all stores as and when necessary.
- Support the directors with administrative tasks and completing their expenses and reconciling their credit card statements.
- Gathering data and information from various sources and carry out routine data entry.
- Working very closely with the Support Office Team and Operations Team (Area Managers/Managers/Shift Managers, Team).
- Manage and prioritise correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.).
- Managing the office.
- Ad-hoc duties to support the business.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of office administration experience
- Intermediate / Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Demonstrates the ability to deal with sensitive matters professionally and confidentially
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- An organised approach to your work with ideally some experience in working to strict deadlines
- Team player, approachable with a positive attitude
- Passionate and skilled in working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
Salary and Benefits Package
- Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
