About the Role
Pikana Travel and Cultural Services is looking for an Energy Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of energy-related projects. The successful candidate will help manage project schedules, documentation, stakeholders, and resources while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of energy projects from initiation through completion.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays, risks, or issues.
- Prepare project reports, meeting notes, presentations, and progress updates.
- Assist with procurement activities and supplier coordination.
- Monitor project costs and support budget tracking.
- Organize meetings, site visits, inspections, and project-related activities.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Support compliance with relevant UK energy, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
- Assist project managers and technical teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure actions are followed up.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in project coordination, energy, engineering, construction, facilities, or a related field.
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Energy, Business, or a related discipline is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management software is an advantage.
- Understanding of energy projects, sustainability, or renewable energy is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pay: £40,000.00 per year
