Join Our HR Team for a 5‑Day Work Experience Placement
Are you curious about how organisations attract great people, support their development, and build a positive workplace culture? Spend five days with our Human Resources team and discover what HR looks like from the inside.
This five-day work experience opportunity is based at Blackburn Town Hall and will run from Monday 10th August to Friday 14th August 2026
During this placement, you will:
- Explore recruitment processes from job adverts to interviews
- Learn how we manage employee wellbeing and workplace support
- Gain experience with HR systems and real administrative tasks
- Work alongside professionals who will share insights into career pathways in HR
- Build confidence, communication skills, and an understanding of how modern organisations operate
This placement is perfect for students interested in business, people management, psychology, or anyone exploring future career options. No prior experience needed—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
