The Converters Home Improvement Group is a rapidly growing multi-brand home improvement business operating across Scotland. With over 60 employees, 29 branded vehicles and 11 installation teams, we’re investing heavily in our digital presence and are looking for a talented Web & Digital Designer to join our in-house marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the digital future of our business. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining websites, creating engaging digital and print content, improving user experience and helping generate high-quality leads across all of our brands.

The Role
As our Web & Digital Designer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing, building and maintaining modern, high-converting websites.
- Creating landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Improving website user experience and conversion rates.
- Designing emails, digital graphics, banners and marketing assets.
- Supporting Meta and Google advertising campaigns with optimised landing pages.
- Working alongside our marketing team to launch new campaigns and products.
- Monitoring website performance and recommending improvements.
- Keeping all of our brands looking fresh, modern and consistent online.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in web design and digital design.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
- HTML & CSS experience (JavaScript is an advantage).
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar.
- A good understanding of responsive web design and UX.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Creative thinking with a passion for great design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
