The Old Spring is a privately owned, thriving pub & restaurant. We are looking to recruit bar and waiting staff. . Applicants with experience at serving food & drink in a similar venue are desired, however training will be given. You will need a flexible attitude and a warm welcoming personality. This is a busy role in a small team. You will be required to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The start date can be anytime from now.

- Good communicator
- Bar staff – good knowledge of drinks and ability to deliver the perfect pour of draught beer
- Good knowledge of English and legal permission to work in UK (if applicable)
THE ROLE
The service team would be required to complete the following tasks:
- Serving food, desserts, hot & cold drinks including alcohol to customers
- Clearing tables
- Ensuring eating areas are clean, sanitised, presentable and tidy for our customers
- Sanitising and cleaning toilets and common areas
- Communicate well with kitchen staff
- We are offering:
- Starting rate depending on experience, plus service charge
