Responsibilities
- Greet any late arrivals warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes as needed through the night
- Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and entrances.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the property.
- Ensure room set ups are conducted correctly according to the demands of the business
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling enquiries and guest requests.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting guests' needs.
