Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with food production, including prepping ingredients and assembling dishes as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive guest experience
- Support team training on service techniques, food safety protocols, and operational procedures
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Familiarity with culinary techniques, food production processes, and kitchen operations
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting with excellent hospitality skills
- Knowledge of hotel or barista operations is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food safety practices and operational procedures
