Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Online Retail Assistant to join our dynamic online business in Hobbies and Collectibles. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of online order fulfilment, including some live selling, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal applicant will be organised, and proactive, including supporting with social media content. Previous experience in working with online retail businesses are advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Handling materials efficiently to prepare orders for dispatch
- Picking and packing products accurately according to order specifications
- Good customer interaction and customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment
- An interest in the goods being sold would be advantageous as there be some live selling on platforms involved.
