Position: Part-Time (2 days per week)

Location: London-based or Offshore

Job Overview:

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

Assist with monthly payment of contractor invoicing and supplier invoices
Manage all supplier invoices received by CONTEXT - verification from the managers, supplier reconciliation and sending remittance advice
Manage all staff expenses received by CONTEXT
Credit control
Manage credit card invoices
Any other ad-hoc tasks in Finance

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting is desirable
