We're looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to support the delivery of cleaning services within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. You'll play a key role in leading and developing the team, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently.
In this role, you will support the Site Manager in recruiting, leading, and developing the team. You will coordinate and deliver required training, ensure designated areas are maintained to agreed cleanliness standards, and oversee the completion of daily, weekly, and periodic tasks. You will conduct regular site walks and weekly audits, support budget management and agreed performance targets, ensure inductions are completed, and help implement development plans for team members. You will also support the management of disciplinary and grievance processes where required. A full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals is essential, and you will be expected to attend all necessary training to ensure their safe and effective use. You will promote a positive safety culture, encourage safe working practices, and build effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, preferably within a cleaning, facilities management, or operational environment. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills, be organised, and be able to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good spoken and written English is essential, and you may be required to complete an English language assessment. The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic Disclosure (DBS Check) and undergo a drug and alcohol screening test
