Job Title: Carpenter Multi Trader – Reactive Maintenance
Location: Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, London
Salary: £39,000 per annum + £5,000 bonus scheme
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join a leading housing association, covering social housing properties across Westminster, Kensington, and Chelsea. This is a mobile role focused on reactive maintenance within occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive maintenance works with a primary focus on carpentry
- Complete a range of multi-trade tasks including basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and decorating
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants and residents
- Accurately complete all relevant job sheets and reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in reactive maintenance within social housing
- Strong multi-trade skillset
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
