Our retail team are passionate about our shops; focused on sustainability & upcycling, excellent customer service & delivering exceptional results income generated by our retail team support abused, neglected & abandoned animals on their journey to loving homes.
Main purpose of job
- To assist the Retail and Deputy Manager in maintaining a strong presence in the local community, maximising sales & profit targets & minimising costs.
- To assume responsibility for the shop in the absence of the shop manager.
- Commitment to the aims of the Charity.
About You
- Good organisational skills with the ability to plan & prioritise
- Good time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills & a team player
- Commercially minded, to be able to identify & exploit income opportunities
- Creative flair with an eye for detail.
- Able to work on own initiative
Essential skills and experience
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Ability to work additional hours as required with a flexible approach to working
Desirable skills
- Experience of working in a retail environment
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Monday - Sunday based on a 7.5 hour day 9-5
