We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic automotive sales team. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting sales operations, engaging with customers, and learning the fundamentals of vehicle sales management. Duties
- Assist senior sales executives in engaging with prospective customers both in person and via telephone
- Support the management of customer relationships through CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Participate in upselling opportunities by promoting additional vehicle features and accessories to maximise sales potential
- Carry out daily dealership duties including test driving vehicles, maintaining the forecourt to a high standard, preparing and moving stock vehicles, completing vehicle handovers and deliveries, and assisting with general operational tasks as required.
- Help organise appointments, follow-ups, and test drive schedules to optimise customer experience
- Develop strong communication skills through regular interaction with diverse clients, including multilingual customers when applicable
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base
