We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Registered Manager to lead and develop our supported living service.
Our support services assists people with enduring mental health conditions, substance misuse and challenging behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health or proven experience in supported living.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading a dedicated team to provide the highest quality of support to our service users.

This Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) / Registered Manager requires:
- Relevant qualification RMN or Level 5 Qualification in Health and Social Care, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mental health services and ideally previous managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to supported living and mental health.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
