Job roles would include
- Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a high standard.
- Assist the Head Chef in maintaining good margins and low wastage.
- Keeping records and ensuring all environmental heath aspects are maintained.
- Ability to work in a team.
- High standards of presentation.

Work hours: 35 Hours per week (Closed Sundays)
