Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, ensure reliable technology operations, and support business-critical systems. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge and operational management skills.
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily IT operations and infrastructure.
- Manage networks, servers, cloud services, and business systems.
- Lead the IT operations team and support technical projects.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability.
- Coordinate system upgrades, maintenance, and incident resolution.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or technology management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and IT security.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with enterprise IT environments is an advantage.
