About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused IT Administrator to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group.
This is a hands-on administrative IT role, focused on ensuring our systems, accounts, permissions and IT assets are accurately maintained. You’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, as well as keeping our IT records up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT provisioning requests for new starters, leavers and internal changes.
- Set up accounts and permissions for new starters, ensuring they have the appropriate access from day one.
- Process permission requests and provide access to relevant systems, applications and areas.
- Work closely with HR to process starter and leaver information and ensure accounts are accurately updated.
- Manage Microsoft licensing as part of the account creation process.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support asset finance tracking.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure requests are completed efficiently and securely.
About You
Ideally, you’ll have some previous administration or IT support experience, although we’re also open to candidates with strong administrative experience and an interest in developing their IT knowledge.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working in an IT administration or support environment.
- Experience setting up accounts or onboarding new starters.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and maintaining data.
- The ability to follow processes and manage repetitive tasks consistently.
