Team Leader Wanted – Lot 25, Willingham
Location: Willingham, Cambridgeshire
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time Team Leader
Pay: £13-£14 per hour depending on experience
Lot 25 is a busy and welcoming café/restaurant in the heart of Willingham, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role focused on leading the restaurant floor during day-to-day service, ensuring our customers receive outstanding hospitality while supporting and motivating the front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the restaurant floor during service
- Delivering exceptional customer service and handling customer queries
- Supporting, motivating, and guiding the front-of-house team
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality is essential
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
- Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
