Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with purchases, returns, and inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate cash registers efficiently, accurately handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Supervise daily cashier operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels at the register area and coordinate restocking when necessary
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest services while maintaining a productive work environment
- Train new staff on cashier procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transaction processing and balancing registers
