Senior Telemarketing Executive – Telecoms Appointment Setting Whiteley HQ | £30k–£35k Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £60k+
Chrome Telecom is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and hungry Senior Telemarketing Executive to join our expanding sales team.
This role is focused on booking qualified telecoms appointments for our field sales consultants by speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers across the UK.
The ideal candidate is already working in telecoms telemarketing or B2B appointment setting and is looking for the next step in their career. We want someone who can hit the ground running, make an immediate impact, and potentially step into a future Team Leader role as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Booking qualified telecoms appointments
- Calling warm and cold B2B leads
- Speaking with business decision-makers
- Building strong pipelines and opportunities
- Working closely with the wider sales team
What We Need
- Minimum 1 year’s telemarketing/telesales experience
- Telecoms industry experience preferred
- Confident telephone manner
- Target-driven mentality
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
