The Heys Primary School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA3) to join our hardworking and supportive Key Stage 2 team.

Have experience of working within KS2

Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering a high-quality KS2 curriculum

Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

Engage pupils in purposeful learning activities, indoors and outdoors

Support children’s communication, language and social development

Promote independence, resilience and positive behaviour

Contribute to assessment and recording of children’s progress

Help maintain an organised and stimulating classroom environment

Support pupils with additional needs to access learning fully

Build strong partnerships with parents and carers

Adhere to all school policies, including safeguarding, health and safety

Contribute to the wider life of the school and ongoing professional development
