We’re hiring a chef for our food stall at Assembly George Square Gardens, running through the Edinburgh festival season.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Kitchen Manager across all kitchen operations:
- HACCP procedures and documentation
- Managing stock levels and ordering
- Ensuring an appropriate level of prepped food for every service
- Quality control of dishes
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness at all times
Pay & hours: £13.75 p/h, 48 hours per week. Mid-July start until 2nd September 2026. Must be available for the full run.
