The dates of this particular site are required attendance Monday - Thursday every other week - that is 32 hours every other week.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technician – Specialist Cleaning & Restoration to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you will be hands on restoring and cleaning floors affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment and may lead to further works on other projects.
Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform cleaning, restoration, and repair tasks with precision.
- Safely assess damage sites thoroughly & follow SOPS in place, whilst also trouble shooting any issues that arise.
- Prepare work areas by removing debris, setting up containment zones, and protecting unaffected spaces.
- Execute cleaning processes including water extraction, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, and odor removal.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues during all operations.
- Must be punctual and show time management skills.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain a professional approach when representing the business on client sites, ensuring effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Be familiar with RAMS & COSHH specifications.
- Preferable have a Cscs card but not essential.
- Have sole trader public liability insurance.
- Must be registered as self employed.
Qualifications
- Construction experience or background in building trades will be considered an asset but not essential.
- Ability to operate various tools safely and effectively in different environments.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding situations.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members alike.

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
