The job revolves around helping clients with their immediate needs such as Personal Care (washing, dressing, and maintaining their hygiene), as well as helping them with basic day-to-day tasks such as getting out of bed, housekeeping, and making them something to eat. Please note that the roles will vary depending on the needs of the client.
However, the care assistant role may also include getting to know clients personally and providing them with emotional support and company, which contributes positively to their wellbeing. Some of our clients need assistance when going to appointments or even a walk outside. We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and most importantly, compassionate. You will be working with vulnerable people who will rely on you to care for them.
We are asking that you have at least 1-year experience in Care work if you want to apply.
Successful candidates will receive an email with further information about a phone interview.
