As an Order Executive, you’ll play a key part in keeping things moving for our customers, suppliers and The Pros around you. You’ll take ownership, solve problems properly, and work with people across the business to make things simpler, faster and better.
You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, make decisions, and see things through.
You’ll be at the heart of the action - working closely with customers, suppliers, and our internal teams to make sure every hire order is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help keep operations running smoothly and customers coming back.
Manage and process customer orders with accuracy and care
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment delivery
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions
Use your product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell across different service lines
Help customers navigate our digital platforms for faster, simpler ordering
Handle all customer requests and logistics queries within agreed SLAs
Coordinate third-party carrier movements and ensure deliveries are completed as planned
Prioritise preferred suppliers in line with contracts to maintain positive margins
Negotiate with suppliers when needed to improve rates and maximise value
Keep customers informed about our full range of products and services
Meet and exceed key performance targets, including completion rates and profitability
We’re looking for someone who knows how to get things done and works well with others to make it happen.

Experience in the Tool Hire industry
